What is the Business Case Course?
The Business Case Course is designed for individuals and teams to develop, plan and strengthen their business cases; they explore what makes business cases successful, to design, write and strengthen their business case and identify the key milestones that will accelerate the business case along its journey.
The business case course is available in two formats:
Online Course - Where participants progress at their own pace and have up to 60 days to develop and strengthen their business cases.
Organization Program - The creative platform encourages employees to develop, write and strengthen their business cases.

The Business Case Course is a online platform for developing business cases. The action learning modules enables both individuals and teams to develop, improve, and strengthen the opportunity until the business case is strengthened and ready for presentation to decision-makers.
