About the Business Case Course

What is the Business Case Course?

The Business Case Course is designed for individuals and teams to develop, plan and strengthen their business cases; they explore what makes business cases successful, to design, write and strengthen their business case and identify the key milestones that will accelerate the business case along its journey.

The business case course is available in two formats:

Online Course - Where participants progress at their own pace and have up to 60 days to develop and strengthen their business cases.
Organization Program - The creative platform encourages employees to develop, write and strengthen their business cases.

The Business Case Course is a online platform for developing business cases. The action learning modules enables both individuals and teams to develop, improve, and strengthen the opportunity until the business case is strengthened and ready for presentation to decision-makers.

Individual Participants

Each participant has 60 days of access to the Business Case Lessons, including the Business Case Canvas.

Organization Participants

The Business Case course is available to organizations as a cloud-hosted solution that works within your organization's Innovation Management System.

The course is an open and creative platform through which anybody can contribute ideas. It’s easy to use on any device or browser.

Organisations and their business case participants have 12 months of access to the Business Case Lessons and the Business Case Canvas.

Meet the instructors

Craig Peacock (PhD), Director Chase Consulting Group has over 25 years’ experience in strategy, innovation and business cases. Craig is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). He has been an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Swinburne University of Technology.

For the course to be successful, participants should invest at least six hours of their time. The course keeps your business case front of mind; it reduces time and gives you clarity on what makes business cases successful. The lessons are easy to complete. It is designed to work on all devices. This includes phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. You can stop and resume at any time 24/7. Your progress is automatically saved, and you can switch devices.

Professional Development

The Business Case professional development is a certificate of completion for participants for improving their innovation and business skills.

All participants can apply for their Certificate of Completion after the Course. A small fee is applicable to cover the assessment costs.
